🍕 Summer Pizza Tour stop 2: @pizzaioliwpb!
If you’ve ever eaten anything at @aioliwpb then you already know their sister concept, Pizzaioli, will be delicious. Michael and Melanie Hackman, two of the nicest people in the biz, opened a pizza spot earlier this year in the same plaza.
We tried two of their artisan pies, lovingly crafted with naturally fermented high-hydration sourdough – and both were phenomenal! 😍
And of course, we had to add some @im_crushn. 🌶️
You can enjoy their za from Thursday to Sunday, with orders available starting at 4:30 pm via Toast. Keep in mind that the pie changes daily. 💫 And while you’re there, don’t miss the chance to snag a bottle of their housemade “not so hot” sauce – the perfect flavor booster!
Kudos to Michael and Melanie for this amazing addition to the culinary scene. 🎉

First stop: @ahbeetzpizza for the New Haven-style thin crust. We tried two pies. 1 - White pie with tomato, mozz, basil and garlic (our fav — more cheese and flavor) 🧀 and 2 - Margarita.
Next time, we’re going to try the Clam Pie. They’re also expanding to a much larger space in the same plaza so keep an eye out details.
