We get asked about our floors ALL THE TIME, and people are often surprised to hear they’re luxury vinyl plank (LVP)! We’ve used and loved LVP for years, for so many reasons.
💛 They’re durable and can handle water, pet nails, kid chaos, and more without being damaged.
💛 They’re affordable! And, installing them is a really accessible and beginner-friendly DIY project.
💛 Cleaning then is so easy!
💛 Many manufacturers of LVP and other resilient floors are responsibility-driven. Look for brands that have FloorScore certifications, rigid core ASSURE Certifications, or an Environmental Protection Declaration - these are Beautifully Responsible manufacturers who you can trust to help you make a responsible flooring decision. 🙌🏻
We both agree we wont ever have anything else in our home. It’s our favorite type of flooring, forever and ever! You can learn more at BeautifullyResponsible.com.

Over the last few days I’ve been sharing this project, and I’m so exited to tell you it’s done! Big shout out to @dapproducts because, as always, their Extreme Stretch Caulk and Professional Wood Filler made this project 100x easier. 🙌🏻

Did you know your home probably has air leaks?! About 90% of US homes do! It can be costing you a ton, but it doesn’t have to. It’s really easy to deal with air leaks on your own with this simple formula: See it, feel it, seal it!
SEE IT: Look for gaps, cracks, and holes around your windows, doors, plumbing, etc. You can also “see” higher electricity bills!
FEEL IT: Use your hand to feel for air flow where it shouldn’t be. Also, pay attention to abnormal temperatures in specific spots around your home.
SEAL IT: Once you’ve found the problem spots, seal them using products like caulk, weather stripping, or spray foam! It’s an easy DIY that will make a huge difference in your home.
With the summer months coming up, this is a huge (and super simple) step you can take towards more energy efficiency in your home. Try it out and let me know how it goes! #AD #SealIt #SeeFeelSeal

#FirstAlertPartner When I was four, my family experienced a house fire and lost our home and everything in it. Because of that, I’ve always been hyper-vigilant about fire safety and making sure our family has an emergency escape plan. So, it was a no-brainer when @First Alert asked me to help them spread the importance of having an emergency escape plan and installing reliable protection like the First Alert 10-Year Battery Combo Smoke & CO Alarm with Voice & Location Alerts.
Knowing my family (including the dogs!) are prepared in the event of an emergency gives me so much peace of mind. I highly recommend you create an escape plan for your family, too! Learn more about how at the link in my bio.
