- 1.5oz tequila
- 1oz @cointreau_us
- 1oz lime juice
- 4oz beer
Combine tequila (blanco or Reposado), cointreau and freshly squeezed lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a glass rimmed with sea salt. Add about 4oz of a beer of your choice

Method: cut key limes into quarters. Add 8 pieces to each glass, then add in agave and mint leaves and muddle. Add tequila to each glass, then add ice and stir/swizzle. Add more ice and fill 3/4 way with coconut water, then top with sparkling water. Enjoy!

• 2 oz Los Sundays Reposado
• 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 1 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz Rosemary simple syrup
• top with club soda
For the Rosemary simple syrup -
Heat a small saucepan over medium heat with equal parts water and sugar. Bring to a simmer until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add a few rosemary springs. Let the rosemary steep until the syrup has cooled.

• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 2 oz @los_sundays coconut tequila
• 0.5 oz lychee simple syrup (see previous video)
• 0.5 oz Cointreau or triple sec
• 0.5 oz coconut milk
Shake all ingredient over ice vigorously until the coconut milk is mixed in completely. I elevated this cocktail with a single large square ice cube and a simple but elegant dried lime garnish.

You'll need: 1 ripe peach (cut up into chunks/ slices)
1 tbs @mikeshothoney (or hot honey of choice)
juice of 1 lime 2 oz @los_sundays tequila
optional: 1/2 ounce of Cointreau
jalapeño slices (for extra spice)
for rim: sugar like wedge
In a cocktail shaker, muddle together peach + hot honey.
Add tequila, lime juice, Cointreau, ice and jalapeños (optional).
Rim a cocktail glass with juice from 1 lime wedge and sugar. Shake for 30 seconds, then strain over ice.
Note: it will strain kind of slow due to the muddled peaches so you may need to shake it a bit! Serve with peach slice and/or basil.

1 oz Marshmallow syrup

Chocolate syrup
Crushed graham crackers - finely crushed
Method:
Combine all margarita ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Prepare glass:
Dip half or rim in chocolate syrup
Roll the half dipped rim in finely crushed graham crackers
Place marshmallow on skewers
Set marshmallow on fire
*please blow out flame before you drink your cocktail ;)
