Let's make a kick-ass quesadilla ๐
Ingredients:
2 large | Tortillas
3/4 Cup | Mexican Shredded Cheese
1/4 Cup | Smoky Southwest Salsa Roja
1/4 Cup | Twisted Tomatillo Salsa Verde
1 Teaspoon | Fajita Seasoning (blend of paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt)
3oz Chicken Breast
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Tbsp Cilantro
Directions:
Chop your bell peppers and cilantro (if you arenโt using pre-chopped)
Add peppers to a pan with fajita seasoning and cook on medium-high heat for a few minutes until softened
Add the cooked chicken to the pan until warm
Arrange the shredded cheese on one half of each tortilla, then add the peppers and chicken.
Fold the tortillas in half and cook on a pan until golden, then flip.
While the quesadillas are cooking, prep your Salsa in serving dishes.
Garnish the quesadillas with cilantro and dip in Salsa!

-1 Tbsp butter
-2 Tbsp Parm Garlic Hot Sauce
-about 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
-1 Tbsp Bacon Paradise Hot Sauce
-1 large egg
-1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
-1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
-1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika
-Danteโs 9th circle (amount desired for dipping)
DIRECTIONS
Cook your macaroni in boiling water. While thatโs cooking, make your cheese sauce.
In a medium sized pan, melt butter with milk and hot sauce. Once warm, add the cheese.
After the cheese melts, pour the mixture over the cooked macaroni and fold it in until evenly combined.
Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours to firm up.
Roll into balls and place in the freezer for 20 minutes while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with salt and paprika.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg.
Roll the Mac n cheese balls in the egg mixture, then the panko mixture until fully coated.
