Come foraging with me! 🌱 Right now is the perfect time to forage for nettles (also known as stinging nettles). I like to use nettles in a pesto, or dry them to use in a tea.
Nettles are a good source of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, iron, and magnesium. I find that consuming needles also helps reduce my seasonal allergy symptoms. Plus, it’s just generally fun to collect your own food and learn how to process it! 💚
