oh God. that was my ankle in 2008. I had an ORIF on my right ankle. my ankle was on top of my foot. I screamed when they attempted this on me.

Fun fact: Inversion (the one you see in video) is highly more common than eversion (foot goes other way) because of strong medial foot ligaments :)

2015 got my ankle pulled into a garden tiller. crushed every bone in ankle. one more turn foot would have came off. I'm still in pain. walking w boot

My mom did that, tore all the ligaments and tendons, crushed all the bones. She don’t play around

Had this done after an open compound fracture. I was under conscious sedation at least.
