We’re celebrating with all the rainbow food! This rainbow charcuterie is filled with meats, cheeses, veggies, dips, nuts, pickles, olives, bread, crackers -basically everything you’d ever want! Let’s make rainbow smoothies! 🌈 We made each layer with a splash of milk, half a banana, and then our frozen fruit. You can also add in some yogurt or ice cubes, or honey for added sweetness if you like. For purple we used mixed berries, blue was blueberries and a few drops of blue food colouring, green was avocado and pineapple, yellow was pineapple and mango, orange was mango, peaches, and a few raspberries, and lastly red was raspberries. The leprechauns turned the pasta into a rainbow for St. Patrick’s Day! Cook 1lb of spaghetti a little al dente. Then divide it equally into 6 ziplock bags. Add 2 tbsp of water and 10-15 drops of food colouring to each bag. To make orange, mix red and yellow food colouring. To make purple, mix red and blue food colouring. Then let the pasta sit 20 min - 2 hours. Drain and rinse it, and then mix it together. Reheat in the microwave wave and add butter and parmesan cheese or your favourite sauce, and enjoy your rainbow noodles! 🌈💕☘️ #stpatricksday #stpatricksdayfood #rainbow #rainbowfood #leprachauntricks #leprankeurpranke
