“I’ve been using the Lever system as a tool to help me return to run after sustaining a femoral neck stress fracture this fall. It’s been a fantastic tool which has allowed me to run more frequently, as it’s so accessible and portable, and for longer durations than I otherwise would have been able to at my stage of recovery.
Given this type of stress fracture is fairly high risk, I found the scale to be a great addition to the system, especially in the early days, to give me more precision and confidence in knowing how much weight I was taking off and of course also allow for a clear progression in body weight over time.
