How I Created My Ancestor Sigil 🪩🦋🔮🧿⭐️🪄💜🔥🌝 Having done the 23 & Me #DNAtest, I know that my ancestry is 99% from England, Ireland, and Scotland. Also from that test, I know that I have a rather high percentage of #Neaderthal DNA, which I think is smashing and wonderful. SO I knew I wanted my design to include some representations of: Neanderthals The UK A spiral - to represent my infinite link to my ancestry, and because it's a major symbol of early cave art Eyes to represent wisdom and seeing one another A heart to represent our love and respect for one another The result is my Ancestor Sigil. It consists of: The outline of the United Kingdom, in the center of which is a green heart (heart chakra and the green of the land). A spiral emanates from the center of the heart and spreads out to the edges of the land mass. Above that central image and below it are eyes - one larger above to represent the collective ancestors and a small one below to represent me. The eyes are connected by a wavy vertical line (our spiritual connection, as well as the liquid of our blood and the waves that someone along the way crossed to get to the States). Surrounding the entire design is an asymmetrical egg shape that represents the flint tools used by my Neanderthal ancestors. I put the sigil on my Ancestor (electric) candle on my altar. How I Created My Ancestor Sigil

Having done the 23 & Me #DNAtest , I know that my ancestry is 99% from England, Ireland, and Scotland. Also from that test, I know that I have a rather high percentage of #Neaderthal DNA, which I think is smashing and wonderful.

SO I knew I wanted my design to include some representations of:

Neanderthals
The UK
A spiral - to represent my infinite link to my ancestry, and because it's a major symbol of early cave art
Eyes to represent wisdom and seeing one another
A heart to represent our love and respect for one another
The result is my Ancestor Sigil. It consists of:

That meant affirmations, shadow work, tapping exercises, prayer, study...any tool I could find. But I didn't do it in a desperate way, more a "let's see what happens way." I didn't get stuck in a certain amount or how it would come. I focused on healing the parts of me that were blocking abundance. I felt good about the work I did, incorporated the changes in mindset and habits into my life, then went about my business. Yesterday (June 5), a lawyer in Texas contacted me to tell me that my father, a racist misogynist from whom I'd been estranged for decades, died last October. Because his widow wants to sell their property and return to her home in Peru, she kindly sought me out to give me a portion of the proceeds. Enough to really, really help me out in a number of ways. SO! Did I expect my work in May to pay off? Absolutely. I feel much more confident and open to the energy of abundance for the first time in my life. I know that's bound to change things going forward. Did I think I was going to get a BIG chunk of money because a man who gave me half my DNA then abused me and my mom, a man I'd not seen in decades because of some truly foul remarks he'd made to me? Well, no, I didn't see that coming. For the good of all and the harm of none. I called last month "May Scarcity Mindset Be Gone" month and determined that I'd dedicate myself to sussing out the roots of my scarcity mindset and really getting into the flow of abundance.

That meant affirmations, shadow work, tapping exercises, prayer, study...any tool I could find. But I didn't do it in a desperate way, more a "let's see what happens way." I didn't get stuck in a certain amount or how it would come. I focused on healing the parts of me that were blocking abundance.

I felt good about the work I did, incorporated the changes in mindset and habits into my life, then went about my business.

Yesterday (June 5), a lawyer in Texas contacted me to tell me that my father, a racist misogynist from whom I'd been estranged for decades, died last October. Because his widow wants to sell their property and return to her home in Peru, she kindly sought me out to give me a portion of the proceeds. Enough to really, really help me out in a number of ways.

SO! Did I expect my work in May to pay off? Absolutely. I feel much more confident and open to the energy of abundance for the first time in my life. I know that's bound to change things going forward. Did I think I was going to get a BIG chunk of money because a man who gave me half my DNA then abused me and my mom, a man I'd not seen in decades because of some truly foul remarks he'd made to me? Well, no, I didn't see that coming.

What I learned during May Scarcity Be Gone 🦋🪩💸💲💰🦋⭐️🧿🔥🔮 May was a very good month for me because I managed to stay (mostly) in alignment with my intentions and goals. My theme for the month of May was "My Scarcity Mindset Be Gone" because becoming overwhelmed with fears of not having enough has been a constant issue in my life. While I know that I'll continue to work on my relationship with scarcity and abundance, I did learn a few things that have been really helpful to me. 1. No one wants to live in "Scare City": having a scarcity mindset is living in a scared state all the time. It's like living in a "bad" neighborhood where you have to be on guard all the time. 2. Scarcity mindset is a form of anxiety. No more, no less. 3. There is enough to go around. Capitalism has conditioned us to think that just being isn't enough, that we have to earn our right to exist over and over again. There's plenty to go around. We don't have a scarcity issue as much as we have a distribution and hoarding issue. 4. Like most everything, tapping helps. I wrote an abundance tapping spell and have been using it. It helps. 5. Gratitude is essential. Everything is energy. What I learned during May Scarcity Be Gone
🦋🪩💸💲💰🦋⭐️🧿🔥🔮
May was a very good month for me because I managed to stay (mostly) in alignment with my intentions and goals.

My theme for the month of May was "My Scarcity Mindset Be Gone" because becoming overwhelmed with fears of not having enough has been a constant issue in my life.

While I know that I'll continue to work on my relationship with scarcity and abundance, I did learn a few things that have been really helpful to me.

1. No one wants to live in "Scare City": having a scarcity mindset is living in a scared state all the time. It's like living in a "bad" neighborhood where you have to be on guard all the time.

2. Scarcity mindset is a form of anxiety. No more, no less.

3. There is enough to go around. Capitalism has conditioned us to think that just being isn't enough, that we have to earn our right to exist over and over again. There's plenty to go around. We don't have a scarcity issue as much as we have a distribution and hoarding issue.

4. Like most everything, tapping helps. I wrote an abundance tapping spell and have been using it. It helps.

5. Gratitude is essential. Everything is energy. The energy of gratitude is very attractive.
