As a student, I don't know anybody that actually likes using them meaning they don't get used so a huge waste of time IMO

Also, no the kids don’t fling them at each other as that would mean all their worksheets would fall out and it would be very time consuming to refile

I had this in secondary school it was so much easier than waiting for glue and then running out of space in the book part way through the year

reminds me of geography and maths I hated it cause the a4 sheets were slightly bigger than the book and it looked so un organised and was bulky

Had this for science and come exam time half the sheets were ripped out and pages were torn around the holes 🥴

You can also get sticky ring reinforcers online - put them around the punched holes on the paper and they give it extra strength

Do the books originally have staples in? If so, do you take them out or leave them in?

I would love to do something like this, although I feel my year 5/6's would just have no concept of keep it intact. Might use it for myself though 😂

We used to use these in school back in the 80's. I have no idea why the schools stopped using them tbh. Good on you for bringing them back 🙂

Don’t forget hole reinforcers also! They were a godsend for me at school 😊

You can probably use reinforcements over the holes on the add-ons to make them stronger
