The process had to be done right.
Hair donors had to be compensated fairly and with respect.

Over two decades ago, I (Lacy) embarked on my hair career in Las Vegas, where hair extensions soon became my go-to tool. This marked the beginning. I began sourcing hair for my personal use and, as a stylist, knew exactly what I was looking for.
When I visit our supplier, I bring the stylist's perspective to my sourcing. I understand the desired texture, the appropriate treatment time, and I ensure the voice of the customer influences my process.

I'm profoundly grateful for all of you who have joined me on this journey for the past 13+ years. I'm proud to say that since day ONE, I've built this business with integrity. We've consistently sourced ethically. I maintain a close bond with my primary supplier, and it's not just with him; I'm also close to his wife and children. I frequently travel overseas to visit him and observe production standards. Laced Hair isn't just about following ethical guidelines; we are committed to ensuring our factories are safe, upholding minimum age requirements, and ensuring that as we have expanded, our supplier has too. Most importantly, the women supplying their hair are fairly compensated, allowing them to support their families.
