When youâre older i hope you look back at this post to know a little bit about the two men we named you after because they have been instrumental in both mine and your fatherâs life.
You see, Giants [aka struggles] in our lives are inevitable. They come in all shapes, sizes, forms, scenarios, substances, situations, etc) thats just how life is.
Your father and I pray you have the same heart like David who faced Goliath, knowing he will defeat any giant because it is He who gives him strength. Please have the same confidence and trust that you are capable of overcoming whatever it is you will go through. When your father and I are down, we find comfort knowing that as long as we try our best He will take care of the rest. So keep trying with the best intentions and we promise you that youâll be okay.
Another huge influence in my life, same as your father is Guy (Geoffrey Uy). He is the person who was instrumental in raising me with the values, morals, and integrity that i am so heavily rooted in to this day. He is a hardworking and selfless man. One who is loved and respected by many. Throughout my life, Iâve seen Guy support anyone who needs him. He accepts, loves, and supports your father through all of his endeavors. Its been a dream come true to see the two of them come together and move with purpose, giving others a sense of Hope.
Our David Guy, please be there for anyone who needs you. Remember, you eventually get back whatever energy your emit into this world. Your father and i are living testaments to that. So learn from those ahead of you, lead by example, and pay your blessings and realizations forward to those who will follow behind you.
