Fermented garlic honey! We call it mommas Medicine. Fighting infections, removes heavy metals, lowers blood pressure, builds immunity… so many positives from these 2 ingredients combined! The honey extracts all the medicinal powers from the garlic and together they make a magical medicine!
Whenever you’re feeling under the weather just take a spoonful (& eat a clove) and it’ll help fight off whatever it is you’re dealing with.
We poke the cloves to release the active ingredient in the garlic (Allicin)
Fill your jar halfway with garlic then top with honey and let it sit! Remember to burp (open) your jar once a day for a few weeks otherwise it’ll explode.

The last few weeks mom has been working with us as a team behind the stove. Learning everything from safety and appropriate ways to behave while cooking because it’s so important! We’ve become more and more confident and are slowly making more and meals together here ❤️
We’re currently in the “let’s cook what we have” phase this week because mom needs to grocery shop 🤣 so we put together a one pot pasta dish! Meatballs, @raoshomemade with a little ricotta and basil 🤌🏻 after adding the noodles it tasted pretty much like lasagna 🤣

It’s a cute spot with amazing sandwiches and quite a show! You can catch airplanes taking off and landing and an occasional stop by some helicopters. A playground and toys for purchase. So charming! We will definitely be back! It was a fun new place to explore today!
