Your children learn and absorb information best when they are doing an activity they love, or being curious about something that may not be very interesting to you, but to them it is the coolest thing in the world. Allowing child-led activities and adventures builds communication skills and helps children learn how they can influence their surroundings.

Here are some tips for starting child-led play & adventures:

Tips for cross-country skiing with kids ⬇️

🎿 Try on the gear inside before going out, and have them experiment with clicking in & out of the skis. Make sure they are comfortable with wearing it all
🎿 Head outside in your yard and teach them how to get up when they fall or are sitting down
