Salt is SO important! Not just when you’re on keto, but especially when you are!
Salt is an electrolyte in itself, and when you don’t eat a lot of carbs, you’re body is hanging onto less electrolytes, so it is VERY important to replenish!
Just add a teaspoon of salt to some water (add lemon to mask the taste) and off you go!
