I’ve been getting A LOT of this advice lately and, my friends, its not it. It feels incredibly dismissive of oftentimes complex illnesses. Not to mention, it’s often unsolicited. I love making something like this because it’ll last for a few days of low-effort lunches.
Ingredients:
1lb pasta of choice (sub GF pasta, if needed)
1/2 lb frozen broccoli (or other frozen veg)
Sauce:
1/2 heavy cream or half & half (sub coconut milk or vegan cream for DF, vegan option)
1/2 cup pesto (many brands are vegan)
1 tbsp TJ’s Italian Bomba Chili Sauce (chili flakes are a good substitute)
1-2 tbsp Italian seasoning (I used Shore Smoke That’s Amore)
