I hate that I can’t buy bagel from a local market but today I put a stop to that.
Made my very first batch of bagels which was so satisfying and so freaking good! I will be making them from now on!

I remember when I first know it is Sam coming to the gym. And all I can say to myself was wow this girl is jacked and she’s so strong!
We bonded over being dog moms and gym stories. From time to time we work into each others set. I was lucky to catch this interaction on camera.

𝟐 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟏 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 👀
I walked into Gym only expected to hit one PR today. There’s a reason why I say that is good to have people in your corner even when you’re in the gym because I got convinced to go for 55 because I looked so smooth doing 50s for the first time.
I gave into good peer pressure and I’m proud to say that! My first set of 55s wasn’t the best because if I’m being honest, I was nervous. But then a gym Bestie Haus told me that I can do it and so I went for a second set to prove to myself that I’m stronger than I think
Don’t be afraid go for it anyways because you always have people admiring your efforts but always want more for you! Just have to see it for yourself!

don't fall for the clickbait! I'm not saying those exercises aren't helpful at all but you need to do more than one exercise and cardio. you will succeed in your journey if you stick to the plan. You have to do ALL the steps to get to the top. No skipping! Steps: 1. 𝘌𝘢𝘵 𝘙𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 & 𝘓𝘦𝘴𝘴 - no need for limitation or excluding carbs or anything for that matter 2. 𝘉𝘦 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 - whether its strengthen, weight or resistance training. 3-5times out of the week 3. 𝘙𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 & 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘵 - your muscles, body and mind needs time to recover. if not they will become fatigue and will not see results You have to do the right thing for YOUR body. during the autumn months, I eat more rooted veggies to keeping my antioxidants and minerals high. I also eat much heavier in the morning so Im not getting hungry or snacking throughout the day.
This meal is so filling and you’re getting everything you need; carbs, protein and fat! I would eat it every single day if I could
