Chicken and Waffle Dippers - easy delicious meal for all the #chickenandwaffles lovers!!
for chicken (i use 1 lb of chicken breast strips):
•mix 1/4 cup mayonaise, 1 tbsp dijon mustard and 1 pressed garlic clove
•Toss the chicken (let it marinate or use right away- i used immedialtey)
• mix 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs, 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, salt & pepper
• coat chicken with mixture
• put in air fryer on 400° for about 5 mins on each side
• transfer 1 chicken tender at a time to your mini waffle maker (linked in bio) after spraying with nonstick spray + scoop a little pancake mix on top
• close the top as much as you can for 15-30 seconds depnding how brown you want it
• dip in your fav syrup and thats it! 🧇🍗

Mexican Lasagna🌮📌
always looking for ways to switch up #tacotuesday and this was delish!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1/2 onion
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 packets taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
diced tomatoes (I used 10 oz can w/ green chiles)
black beans (used 3/4 of 15.5 oz can)
Corn tortillas (18 or more)
Mexican cheese (1-2 bags)
*I topped with nonfat plain Greek yogurt as a sour cream replacement*
-Brown your meat with your 1/2 chopped onion
-add garlic and sauté for 1-2 more mins
-add taco seasoning + water
-add diced tomatoes + beans
-line 13x9 pan with 6 corn tortillas, top with meat mixture, followed by Mexican cheese and then repeat (I had 2 total layers)
- cover w/ aluminum foil + bake at 350° for 30-40 mins or until cheese is bubbbbly!
sooo goood and super easy! Save for later & enjoy ♥️

Inside is so cute and quaint with fun Parisian decor + art and they have outdoor seating too. They even have imported foods, goods and artwork from France and Europe for sale 🖼️
