Roast chicken tips! ⬇️ follow for more. I always cut the wings off before roasting a chicken because they willl overcook. Add the wings, chicken neck and gizzard to water to make a little bit of chicken stock for your sauce!

Grease your muffin tins.
I used olive oil
3 bananas
1/3 cup olive oil and mix
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup of milk
(or oatmilk for dairy-free)
And mash together
1.75 c All-purpose flour
A handful of oatmeal
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt and cinnamon
Mix with wet mixture
Don’t forget the 2 eggs. 🤦♀️
Pour into mini muffin tins.
Cook at 325° for 15-20 minutes.
If using larger tins, you may need more time to cook.
Let cool before taking them out. Yay!
