These are pretty much the only 3 variations you need to include within a single workout  to cover all 3 regions of the chest.  I’d go as far as saying even with just flat and incline press you are pretty much covered.  Now you’ll, talk about the lower chest, and the reality is even with a normal flat press you hit the lower pec. Whilst you can’t train the lower pec in insolation you can bias it (as seen with the cable variation).  Nonetheless , the point is you don’t need to be doing more than 3 chest exercises per workout to grow them. 🫡
