Everything that we watch at one moment was being created in the moment for the moment. Everything is at one moment performed. We need to remind ourselves of that. Work with that.
Holding a single vision for a long or short form narrative is essential to the creative process for any project in any medium. Writer, producer, Director, the Editor, perhaps… But someone needs to hold a vision
What I call whole body listening, is an integral part for the training of any actor, writer, performer, or Director. It’s also incredibly helpful when you’re editing and making those final cut choices. This is so much more.
How much reality do you need or want in any of your narratives… As a writer as an actor as a producer or Director. This is a Quy question.
Vital to know when developing a story if it’s going to be a long form or short form, because different skill sets are required for the different mediums in the different formats
This is incredibly important for any Actor or Writer !. You always want to play or move into the relationship and not the contraction. The contraction or the conflict will be very alluring because it produces emotions that are a bit showy… But there’s not really deep in the relationship. And in doing so will deepen the trouble.
The quest to find the ways into your creative flow, is one of the most vital explorations that any artist can do. In general… The access points are breathing, meditating, walks in nature, moving to music, listening to music, dancing, speaking poetry, or my favorite… Making sounds and movement
