#stitch with @mindbodyjulia and i know @Almost Captain Morgan and @Ben - Flying4aLiving will back me up on turbulence being no big thing, but as something of a control freak I totally get it. You just have to talk yourself through it AND remember that there hasnt been a crash on a US airline in well over a decade and first world airlines are EXTREMELY safe.
