Increase strength, add muscle and improve mobility by adding weights to glute bridges.
In this video I’m using 2x 8 pound dumbbells to do
✅ lat pullover + glute bridges.
I recommend starting with 1-3 pound dumbbells in each hand and then safely progressing the weights.
❌❌ If this hurts your shoulders —-do a chest press + bridges instead. 💗
