Whenever I first meet with a client, we put together a weekly schedule. This is often a huge relief to the client, because it takes the guesswork out of it. We always include activities that they enjoy because movement should be fun! And if it’s fun, it’s more likely to turn into a lifestyle. 💚

Im so sick of influencers only giving you the absokute bets angles, lighting, and filters. NO ONE LOOKS THAT GOOD ALL THE TIME.
And yes, I often work with good lighting, good angles, and flex it hard. But, trust me, that is not how I look all the time.
Its OK to want to look good. But lets not pretend like social media is a true reflection of how we look. Thats not fair to the world, or to ourselves. Read that again. 💚💚💚💚💚

I love “sliding workouts.” These exercises all increase time-under-tension, meaning that your muscles are activated and working throughout the entire movement.
All you need is a pair of socks and a couple of wash cloths 👍 If you’re fancy and own a pair of sliders, you can use those as well. 😜
Perform this workout as a circuit; move from one exercise right into the next, breaking for 90 seconds after each round. Aim for 8-10 reps of the lunges and 30 seconds on the plank/beast exercises. Perform 3-5 rounds.

Hear me out: aches & pains (when not injury related) largely disappear when you start working out. Your muscles and joints need blood flow and lubrication. When you add strength training into your life, many of those aches and pains disappear as you build muscle. A sedentary lifestyle leads to aches and pains.
