Run further and become less tired:
👉🏼 Breathe with your diaphragm. Imagine there is a balloon in your belly and you are trying to fill it by breathing deeply and slowly.
👉🏼 Keep your stride length short and your cadence high (essentially shorter & faster steps). This prevents heel striking and foot striking in front of your hip line.
👉🏼 Run SLOWER. Make 80% of your runs slow and 20% fast. Build up an aerobic base before trying to push yourself and run fast. Your heart is also a muscle and needs to be trained like the rest of your muscles.
