Using your Iwi Nails can be quick and easy, but can seem daunting 😰 the first time! By following these tips, and with a little practice, you’ll be an Iwi Nails pro in no time! 😎💅🏽

✨Be sure to place the strip on your nail only (don’t let any part of it touch your skin) If anything, leave a tiny gap between the strip and any part of your skin so that the strip can fully adhere, and won’t leave gaps for dirt and oil (or hair) to get in.
✨Push back the plastic and peel up. Don’t be afraid to touch the top of the strip since you won’t be using it. If you try to roll it off, it can damage the top coat of the nail.
✨Clean your nails really well and buff them with the file to ensure the longest lasting nails (alcohol wipes are included with your nails so that you can remove oils and dirt from your nails!)
✨Don’t try to make a too big strip fit your nail (unless maybe this is the second time you’re using this set, and you want to just make do🤪). If anything, pick a strip slightly too small, and stretch gently to fit.
✨Only file after you cure your nails. If you file while it’s still soft it can damage the strip. Remember: Place the strip, trim with nail clippers, CURE with the UV light, then file to perfection.
✨Once you place and smooth down a nail strip, don’t try to lift it back up, it can ruin the strip or adhesive. Make sure you are happy with placement before burnishing!
✨Be sure to put away any unused strips before switching on your UV light. I have definitely ruined some strips by forgetting to do this!🙈

Iwi Nail application can be super quick and easy - but sometimes the first time is a mess (it was for me 🤦🏽‍♀️) . Give it a couple of tries and you’ll be a pro in no time!

Here are some tips & tricks to get your mani looking 💯 and lasting for 1-3 weeks:
✨ pick strips that are slightly SMALLER than your nail - if it’s too big it is hard to cut or rip off the extra, and if it’s touching your skin or butting right up to your skin it can fall off quickly!!
✨CLEAN your nails with the alcohol pads before putting your nails on - any oils and dirt will dramatically shorten the life of your mani
✨Lightly file surface of nails, texture can help it to grip longer
✨ Place nail sticker just a bit AWAY from your cuticle - if it’s directly touching it, there will be a gap where oils, water and dirt can get in - plus your hair get stuck on it which is annoying!
✨Once you place the strip down, don’t lift it back up and move it. If you’re afraid of not getting it right, just put down a small section, then adjust before pressing it on
✨ OVERALL best practice is to have the strip touching your nail ONLY, no skin, and with a teeny space between the nail strip and your skin, and to make sure no part of the strip is lifted / the whole strip is touching your nail before curing
