Side note: I took out my cornrows, finger detangled and kept my hair in twist for about 2 days. I shot this just before detangling with a comb and going to get my relaxer. Also the amount of product that you use as well ss whether or not you wash your hair while you are protective styling also matters. Another thing i didnt mention was that my hairdresser is gentle with my hair and i didnt feel the need to make sure my growth was super softened. We all know that growth can hurt sometimes.
