You’re going to be absolutely obsessed with our new Chicken Finger Wedge Salad! One of my signature dishes, Chicken Fingers were a staple for my kids for years--we were the house to visit, because there was a very good chance you’d be served a platter of them. There’s a spectacular version in the cookbook, but here I’ve paired a Paleo version with a Wedge Salad, starting with washed, chilled, salted greens, and a beautiful blanket of fresh herbs.
