Friday’s are our new day for running errands and going out to lunch. The more I push myself to get out with B&L by myself, the more confident I feel. After a long fun-filled day, the evening time is the toughest part of our toddler routine (at least for us). B&L have been in separate nurseries since we moved into our current home (9 months old) and it was honestly the best decision we could’ve made, especially, with their changing sleep patterns. As you can tell, Brecon is pretty chill while London requires a bit more attention when it comes to bedtime. Teaching my kids to take turns isn’t easy BUT they’re slowly understanding what it means. I never thought I would pass on a visit to Disneyland, but here we are. Being a stay at home parent (even with part time help) has really taken a toll on my mental health and energy lately. Staying behind to rest and recharge while my husband, Auntie Jo and the kids conquered the crowds at Disney was the best choice I didn’t know I needed. Daddy Chris’ Pork Fried Rice is one of the twins’ (and my) favorite dishes 🍚Surprisingly, B&L even love the vegetables that are cooked in it. THE ENDING 💩 Our little helpers are such great listeners. So many of you told me I should buy a toddler stool for Brecon since he loves being my big helper when it comes to food. Luckily, London slept in this morning, so it gave me a chance to surprise my son and spend time together in the kitchen.
