Powerlifting ✅
S: 275lb PR (3rd lift)
B: 154lb PR (3rd lift)
D: 319lb meet PR (2nd lift, failed 3rd lift at 336lb)
This marks the end of my first year in @uspapower powerlifting, & the most successful meet I’ve had. First meet I got 6/9 lifts, second was 4/9 lifts 😬and yesterday 8/9.
Powerlifting is a marathon. Strength doesn’t come over night.
The safety equipment & shoes play a big part in making your lifts better. Yesterday I wore the @bearfootshoes Ursus suede low top and canvas high tops for my bench & deadlift, respectively. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!
