Our fav cooking season is here and baking these cookies filled the kitchen with the coziest feels 🥰 Super light and packed with flavor, this recipe is a new tradition must-have. 🍪🍪
Ingredients:
-1 1/4 cups almond flour
-3/4 cup tahini
-1/4 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie)
-1/2 cup maple syrup
-1 egg
-2 tbsp Shiraz Spice Blend
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 heaping cup of chocolate chips
-1/2 cup walnuts(optional)
-sea salt flakes for topping
Method:
1-In a medium size bowl, mix together only the almond flour, Shiraz, pumpkin, tahini, maple syrup and chocolate chips!
2-Mix to ensure everything is coated well, and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3-Preheat the oven to 350. Remove the bowl from the refrigerator, and add the egg and baking soda. Mix together until fully incorporated.
4-Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop dough and form cookies. Depending on the size of your cookies, you will get 10-12.
5-Bake for 10-11 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the cookies settle before eating!
6-Sprinkle sea salt flakes on top.

Ingredients:
3 extra large sweet potatoes, skin in tact and sliced into wedges
1 tablespoon Hummus Chick Shiraz spice blend
1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
2 tablespoons butter melted
1 lemon juice + zest
¼ cup honey
Hummus Chick Classic Tahini
Pepitas to garnish
Method:
1- Preheat the oven to 425° F.
2- In a large bowl, add sweet potatoes, Shiraz spice blend and sea salt.
3-Add the potatoes to a lined baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes. Tip: give each wedge room to avoid mushy-ness.
4-In a small saucepan, add butter and olive oil. Simmer over medium heat until the butter has melted. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey. Simmer for one minute on low heat.
4- Pull the baking sheet out and pour the lemon-honey butter mixture over the sweet potatoes and toss until fully incorporated and toast for another 10 minutes.
5- Drizzle Hummus Chick Classic Tahini on top
6- Garnish with pepitas

- 1 Head of cauliflower; cut into florets
- 1 red onion; thinly sliced
- 2 Tablespoons of Hummus Chick Marrakech spice blend
- Sea salt to taste
- A drizzle of EVOO
- 3 Tablespoons of Hummus Chick Green Goddess Tahini Dressing
- ¼ bunch of Parsley; finely chopped
- 2-3 Medjool Dates; pitted and diced
- A handful of pistachios; chopped
- 2-3 Tablespoons of chili oil
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350F/120C. In a big bowl, add cauliflower, onion, sprinkle Marrakech spice blend, sea salt, and drizzle evoo and mix until well covered.
