Super 8 Bikepacking route, grand depart. Miron is using his ride to raise money for the recovery efforts of the @vermontbicycleshop in Barre VT. On July 10th, Vermont experienced historic flooding that devastated communities statewide. Barre was particularly hard hit, and our beloved Vermont Bicycle Shop suffered significant damage and loss.
Miron has used the Vermont Bicycle Shop as his primary shop when in Vermont for many years. "Darren and the Bike Shop represent the best of the bike world.
Darrens commitment to being a positive contributor to the local community is every evident, and this ethos is clear in the way the shop is run. Miron sets off at 8am EST this coming Friday (9/22/23)
from Montpellier, VT. He hopes to finishing in roughly 3 days. The Ibex team is excited to be able to follow Miron along this race and will be providing updates and a short film documenting Miron's ride and the support of the Vermont Bicycle Shop.
