I run 2 companies whilst living with a chronic illness - if there’s one thing I’ve learned over the past decade in my business journey is that you CANNOT (louder for the people in the back!) CANNNOOOOT run a successful business when you’re consistently sacrificing your time, your happiness and your health in order to get there.
When you are operating at 100% then your business gets 100% of you, when you’re operating at 20% then your business gets 20% of you
And we all know which one keeps us stagnant and feeling burnt out and which one makes us feel like we’ve just put 5 firecrackers up our butts and we could totally fist fight a shark and wrestle a crocodile 😂🙆🏻♀️ (omg I’m so fkn Australian right 😂)
We have to step away from this hustle culture (something I’m so passionate about sharing with you all!) and lean more into getting to know ourselves, our true wants and how we operate best so we can build the right business model, build the right offers and systems and attract the right audience that supports that vision.
