Lesa DeBergh RN, PRYT, RMT will be facilitating Reiki Inspired Gentle Flow Yoga sessions at the Crow's Nest Rooftop Bar on top of The Stella Hotel in downtown Kenosha. Let us help release stress and enlighten the joyful energy of your body, mind and spirit. This event will include restorative lite bites and beverages after each Yoga session to round out your wellness journey. Following Lesa's flow session there will be an opportunity to ask about supplement recommendations for your health needs. A variety of supplement samples for fitness that help with pain, inflammation, joint health, stress and anxiety will also be available from The House of Nutrition.
