Camp Coffee + Dessert = A Trailside Delicacy! 😋☕️ Trailside Tiramisu Recipe - Ingredients: • 1 cup @hikersbrew vanilla flavoured coffee • 6-8 ladyfinger cookies • 1/2 packet instant vanilla pudding • 2 Tbsp milk powder • 2 Tbsp mascarpone • Cocoa powder, for topping Instructions: Start by brewing a strong cup of coffee. While the coffee brews, whisk together pudding mix, milk powder, and about 1/4 cup water, then add the mascarpone and mix well together. Dip ladyfinger cookies in the coffee and place at the bottom of your bowl in one layer. Add a few spoons of the pudding mixture on top, then another layer of ladyfinger cookies, and one last layer of the pudding mixture.
