This year is the start of a fibroid-free beginning. I was diagnosed with fibroids in 2016 and recently had a surgery to remove them end of 2022.
One thing I learned was to embrace them which made my healing journey feel lighter. 🫶🏾

Every year I do something, today I decided to visit a spot we used to pass by every day after leaving my great grandmother’s house. Sometimes, he’s stop by this pizza shop and we’d share a box. Can’t wait to develop the film from his camera later ✨
