We cannot teach our kids things that we are not able to do for ourselves.

So if we’re wanting our kids to be emotionally well, we need to make sure we’re doing what it takes to be emotionally well.

I’m not saying this is easy and done without effort or pain.

Otherwise we all would have done it already. 🤣

It requires work, investment, commitment, and discomfort.

🌸 But it’s so beautiful on the other side. 🌸

Not only was I able to do this for myself for healing from burnout, but also helping my family heal from a major trauma.

That being said, it’s always good to have some help. We never have to do this alone, even though sometimes it feels that way.
