This is a recipe that uses a time-saving hack - pinching meatballs out of raw sausages straight onto the pan. Not my own hack, I’m sure many cooks use that and I find it handy for the busiest of us! (meaning most of the people😜)
A good sausage actually gives a lot of extra umami as well😋
And a can of chopped tomatoes should always be in a pantry to make a quick pasta🥫
Another quick flavor-adding hack is to add some tangy red pesto directly into the sauce.
And the third one is to fry your spices and dries herbs to get the most out of them!🤗
