With #thanksgiving right around the corner, wow your family and friends with this nutrient-packed stuffed squash bowl recipe by the Strong Sistas 🙌

It's jam-packed with a variety of textures, flavors, and nutrients! 😋

What you’ll need:
- Carnival or acorn squash
- Ground beef
- Apple
- Butter
- Raw cheese
- @heartandsoilsupplements Warrior

Step 1 - Prep the squash!
Preheat the oven to 400 deg F
Slice the squash in half, remove the seeds, and bake in the oven for 40-45 min until soft.

Step 2 - Prep the ‘stuffings’
Add butter to a pan over medium, then add ground beef and chopped apple. Cover the pot and cook on low for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3 - Add squash
Remove squash from the oven, scoop out the squash ‘filling’, while saving the skin to use as ‘bowls’. Add the squash to the beef and apple mix and stir.

Step 4 - Final assembly!
Add the beef, apple, and squash mixture to the squash ‘bowls’, grate some raw cheese on top and place back in the oven (turned off) for the cheese to lightly melt.

Step 5 - Add more nutrients!
Open up a few Warrior capsules to top the bowls with some extra nutrients!
