Blackberry & Plum Cobbler 👌full recipe 👇

Serves 6

▪️300g blackberries
▪️7-8 plums (400g)
▪️2 tbsp coconut sugar
▪️1 tbsp corn starch
▪️1 cup plain flour (140g) - I use gluten free
▪️1 cup ground almonds (110g)
▪️4 tbsp coconut sugar
▪️4 tbsp coconut oil
▪️2 tsp baking powder
▪️pinch salt
▪️100ml milk of choice - I use almond

1️⃣ In a 9x9" square baking dish, add blackberries + halved plums (with stones removed) + coconut sugar + corn starch and mix
2️⃣ Then in a large mixing bowl add plain flour + ground almonds + coconut sugar + coconut oil + baking powder + pinch salt and mix together then add milk and further mix to combine
3️⃣ Once a paste-like mixture has been formed, use a spoon to evenly proportion 9 scoops of the mixture into the baking dish
4️⃣ Bake at 200C for 25 mins or until the top is golden brown

Mushroom Rice 🍄 that the whole family can enjoy together (10 months + recipe) AD with @organixfood

▪️150g brown rice, cooked
▪️1/2 red onion
▪️1 garlic clove
▪️1 Red pepper
▪️200g Mushrooms
▪️1 tsp dried Basil
▪️1 tsp dried Oregano
▪️3 Tbsp Nutritional yeast (optional)
▪️4 heaped spoons Coconut yoghurt
▪️1/2 cup Water
▪️Seasoning for adults (salt and pepper)

1️⃣ Firstly, boil the rice as per packet instructions

2️⃣ Finely, dice the mushrooms, onion, garlic, deseed and dice the pepper

3️⃣ Add them to a frying pan over a medium heat with a splash of water for 5 minutes until they soften

4️⃣ Next add the nutritional yeast, yoghurt, herbs, water, cooked rice and simmer together until it thickens

5️⃣ Remove a few portions for the baby (allow to cool) and then season to taste for the adults
