Yogurt marinade:
1/2 cup @siggisdairy plant-based
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
spice mix: 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1 tsp salt + pepper to taste
Other Ingredients:
1 block extra firm tofu cut into cubes
1 red bell pepper cut into cubes
1 yellow bell pepper
1/2 red onion cut into square pieces
Siggiโs yogurt has the best plant based coconut blend I have ever tried, itโs a staple. Itโs so thick and creamy but it also has 11 grams of protein per serving. You have to try this yogurt hack, use it on any protein before cooking (tofu works so well)!

I had a baby 4 months ago. I am so proud of what my body has done (I mean growing a human is pretty incredible!!). My body has changed a lot too! From stretched out skin, stretch marks, to a c-section scar, I donโt think my body will ever look the same. Iโm coming to terms with that โค๏ธhowever, I want to be strong and healthy for my kids and I want to feel confident in my body! Iโve been lifting weights and walking a lot which has felt so good. Im trying to rebuild the core strength I lost during my pregnancy and itโs a journey. I feel like weight loss really has become this taboo topic that people are afraid to talk about in the wellness space. You CAN lose weight in a healthy balanced way without fad diets or restricting yourself. This is one of my favorite dinners lately for my weight loss journey, itโs yummy, keeps me full, itโs high in protein but balanced out with carbs and fats too. If youโre on a weight loss journey too, love yourself first, be patient, donโt expect to lose the weight all at once it takes TIME. Love u guys!! ๐ฅน๐ซถ๐ผ

- vegan turkey wrap - i also had a pickle with this yum! Lots of protein kept me full for a while! I use unreal deli brand turkey - i find it at publix
- lots of pineapple
- sesame tofu bowl: sesame tofu, sweet potato, rice, veggies (i had seconds of this soo good)
- not pictured: i had some dark chocolate i forgot to take a pic!

Been obsessed with making homemade jam ๐๐ซ5 minutes yes pls!!!
You need:
2 cups strawberries
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp lemon
1 tbsp maple syrup
1. Add berries to a sauce pan with water and bring to medium heat. Reduce to a simmer until strawberries are broken down then mash them with a fork.
2. Turn off heat the add the lemon maple syrup and chia.
Stir well until combined 4
3. Let it cool then store in a jar.
4. Keeps in the fridge up to 3 weeks.
5. Enjoy besties
