Remove the egg from the waffle iron and replace that spot with one slice of bread. Top the bread with the thin sliced cheese, egg, and top it with one more slice of bread. Close the lid to cook the bread and melt the cheese. This was breakfast today! The last few days instead of scrambled eggs, I've been adding 1/4 cup egg whites to my oatmeal for the protein. SO TASTY!

If you haven't added egg whites to your oatmeal yet, it's great because it gives you more volume and protein, with barely any extra calories.

The full method I've been using:

In a HUGE bowl to prevent overflowing, I combined:

âžĄïž 1/2 cup quick oats
âžĄïž 1 1/4 cup water.

Yes, this is double the water for normally cooking oats. But, if you cook the oatmeal long enough, the liquid will all absorb and give you MORE FOOD!

I cook first for 1 minute in the microwave. Stir it. Then cook for 1 more minute, stirring after 30 seconds.

After a full two minutes of cooking in the microwave, I pour in
âžĄïž1/4 cup liquid egg whites

Then, I return to the microwave for another 30 seconds.

After this was cooked, I added:
âžĄïž1/4 cup pumpkin puree.
âžĄïž1 tsp pumpkin spice
âžĄïž 2 tablespoons whipped cream
âžĄïž 2 packets sugar free sweetener
and
âžĄïž1 crumbled Kodiak chocolate graham crackers. LOL.. I don't know why, it just sounded good!

Anyway, give the egg white thing a try. You won't regret it!

𝑰𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔
1 cup self rising flour
2/3 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
1 tablespoon zero calorie sweetener (erythritol)
2 teaspoons poppyseeds
2 teaspoons lemon juice

đ‘«đ’Šđ’“đ’†đ’„đ’•đ’Šđ’đ’đ’”
Combine all ingredients. You'll need to use your hand to knead it till it makes a dough. A spoon alone won't mix it properly.
Portion out 20 equal balls (about 15 grams each).
Cook in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 4 minutes, or until donut holes begin to brown. (you can also use the oven at 400 degrees,
Remove from the air fryer.
Blend erythritol in a blender to make powdered sugar. Combine powdered sugar with a splash of milk to make a glaze.
Dunk each donut hole in the glaze. Sprinkle it with extra poppy seeds and lemon zest. EAT!!!

Neapolitan Protein Ice Cream Cake

For 1/6th the cake: 99 calories, 10 g protein, 22 g carbs, 2 g fat

You guys!! 3 Layers of Protein dessert, all in one!

Using a 6 inch springform pan, I made:

đŸ«1 Brownie layer:đŸ«
✔For this I used one recipe for "ridiculous brownies" pinned to the top of @lowcalrecipes98 Instagram page.

After mixing, I poured into the bottom of a 6 inch springform pan and put it in the freezer till solid.

🍓The next morning, I made my protein strawberry layer: 🍓
✔1 scoop CSE strawberry protein powder
✔1 cup frozen strawberries
✔1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk

Blend the strawberry protein layer in a blender until smooth and pour over the frozen brownie in the spring form pan.

🍩A few hours later, I made the Vanilla layer🍩
✔1 scoop vanilla protein powder
✔1 frozen banana
✔1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
Blend in a high powdered blender, and pour over the frozen strawberry layer.

Freeze one last time until solid. When ready to remove from pan, set out on counter for about 10 minutes. Release the clasp on the spring form pan and remove the layered protein ice cream cake.

Cut into 6 slices and enjoy!
