Sadness is the soul
When we simplify life down to a choice from an energetic level, we are left with our truth and anything that is not our truth, Soul and Ego
There are moments however where we are met with feelings that do not feel like our truth, there is a resistance or an un comfort somewhere, you just are unable to shift it.
This is the sweet spot
Remember where our attention goes, energy flows, our attention is the light, our soul.
If we are love, and we are present in the moment and that darkness still presents itself, take it as sadness and be with that feeling
Words are our power, and words describe our emotions.

Pay attention to the opposite of truth inside your body, which is resistance, tightness, uncomforted. All created by a mental block somewhere within your subconscious thoughts
Identify and remove the limited thinking by choosing an alternative thought from your highest self
Mind out the way allows you to be one with the sun/son

A statement that challenges many and this can only be fully understood and accepted when we look through the eyes of God
Like the cells in our body all compliment to the Whole. The I AM
We as the Souls compliment God as the Whole - We are Gods Cells to his creation.
God and Christ are within you
