- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- Dash of Pepper
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 C Water
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 4 Cloves of Garlic
- 1/2 Lemon
Directions:
Wash and dice potatoes into bite-sized cubes and transfer to a pan. Mix olive oil, paprika, crushed red pepper, salt, pepper and water together in a bowl or measuring cup, and pour over the potatoes. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook on high until potatoes are tender (about 7 minutes). Remove lid, add onion and garlic, and cook until onions soften (about 5 minutes). Create two nests, crack eggs into the pan, cover and cook about 4 minutes to ensure the yolks stay runny. Squeeze a lemon on top and serve!

- 1/3 Cup of water
- 3 Eggs, whisked
- 1 Green Onion, chopped
Whisk three eggs and set aside. In a soup pot, bring chicken stock to a simmer, then add green onions to a simmer. Then, Mix cornstarch and water and add to pot, stirring continuously to avoid clumps. Next, stir in turmeric, salt, and sesame oil. Slowly pour eggs into soup, while stirring in a circular motion. Ladle into bowl, garnish with green onion, and enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 pounds sage sausage
2 Granny Smith apples, diced
1 large yellow onion, diced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
12 large eggs
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup half-and-half
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Salted butter, for greasing the lasagna pan
6 cinnamon raisin English muffins, cut into bite-size chunks
2 1/2 cups grated white Cheddar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
Brown sausage in a large skillet, and remove. Then add apples, onions, sage, and cook until softened (2-3 minutes). Set aside. Mix together the eggs, milk and half-and-half, and season with salt. Grease a large casserole dish, then layer half the English muffins, half the sausage, half the apple/onion mixture and half the cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Carefully, pour the egg mixture on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove the pan from the fridge 20 to 30 minutes before baking. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cover with foil and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, then remove the foil and continue to bake until the top is golden brown and slightly crisp (about 10 minutes). Garnish with parsley.

-4 cups chicken stock
-2 cups cooked white rice
-1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons lemon juice
-1 1/2 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
-1 1/2 cup cubed butternut squash
-1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
-2 cups kale
-Salt and pepper
Then...
Season stock with salt and pepper, then bring to a simmer in a saucepan. In a blender, puree 1 cup of hot stock, 1/2 cup of cooked rice, 2 egg yolks, and lemon juice. Stir the mixture into simmering stock, then add chicken, remaining rice, butternut squash, mushrooms, and kale. Simmer for about 10 minutes or until thickened. Serve!
