this is great cardio, and definitely helps with fat loss, but it doesnt help grow your glutes. People may lose fat all around, including glutes

Yes!! Keep the incline higher in that case, about 6-9 abs walk fast and it will have similar effect! The idea is to activate fast twitch muscle fibres
