Join us for an evening of profound Reiki healing and a soothing sound bath at our July Reiki Circle & Sound Bath event on July 30th from 5:45 pm to 9:00 pm!
🌿✨ The event will begin with a serene tea ceremony to center ourselves and set intentions, followed by a guided meditation by Brittany Greene from Willow Works to enhance our focus and inner awareness.
🔔Immerse yourself in the transformative power of sound with Kayla Long from Soul Glow, while Experienced Reiki Masters Jen Trujillo & Lenora Ramsey lead the Reiki circle.

This gathering provides a supportive and nurturing environment for both newcomers and experienced practitioners, as we explore the incredible healing powers of Reiki and strengthen our own Reiki practice. 💫🌈

Light snacks and water will be provided, but feel free to bring your own food and beverages to make yourself comfortable. The event is offered free of charge, and donations to support our work are deeply appreciated. Thank you for your generosity! 🙏💕

For the tea ceremony, we will be using a special blue lotus tea, known for its calming and meditative properties. As we embark on this journey of sound and energy, we want to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants. If you are pregnant or currently trying to conceive, please let us know upon RSVP. Our team of experienced practitioners will be mindful of your needs and provide additional support during the sound bath.

Step 1️⃣: Find a cozy seated position and close your eyes. Focus on your breath, allowing it to ground you in the present moment.

Step 2️⃣: Trust your intuition and place your hands on areas that need healing or emotional release. Feel the Reiki energy flowing through your hands, supporting your well-being.

Step 3️⃣: Inhale, envisioning healing Reiki energy entering your body. Exhale, directing this energy through your hands to areas needing balance. Feel the warmth and gentle tingling.

Step 4️⃣: Affirm to yourself with each breath, “Reiki transforms stagnant energy into love and light. I release what no longer serves my highest self.”

Step 5️⃣: Keep breathing and let Reiki and your intuitive touch dissolve emotional tension. Exhale negativity, embracing alignment with your highest self.

Step 6️⃣: Breathe a little longer, allowing Reiki’s energy and touch to alchemize discordant energy into love, light, and alignment.

By engaging in coherent breathing, beginners can regulate their breath and create a foundation of relaxation and focus.

To blend coherent breathing and Reiki as a beginner, you can follow these steps:
1. Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can relax without distractions.
2. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position, ensuring that your body feels at ease.
3. Begin by practicing coherent breathing: Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of five seconds, then exhale through your nose for another count of five seconds. Pause briefly after each inhale and exhale before repeating the cycle.
