Every Monday I like to set up our jewellery packaging station in our Eastland store. As our products are all out on display each item needs to be carefully packed into our Pink Goddess jewellery boxes. I absolutely love having this all ready to go and looking pretty ๐

Today we are going to show you how we create our beaded bracelets.
We love customising our bracelets to size as this is how we get the lerfect fit.
To create a beaded bracelet you need to prime your elastic and set up your design on the bead board.
Once we have beaded the design we check that the elastic doesnโt break and then we doible check and measure out the length of our design on the ruler.
We then use a 5 knot system to close off our bracelets and snip off the elastic.
We check the bracelet again to ensure that it does not break and the order is then packed and ready for pick up or postage.

Untangling Necklaces can be a nightmare and although I usually find it therapeutic, this time I found it so frustrating ๐.
I jumped on Tiktok and searched through so many videos and the most popular suggestions were oil or baby powder. As our stainless steel jewellery is hypoallergenic i couldnt risk adding anything that someone could be allergic too.
We tried the tweezer method but that did not work for me so we tried the needle method instead.
We chose long thicker tapestry needles and after 3 hours it seemed to do the trick.
These allowed me to pick up the chains with the tip and lift them as i unravelled them.
I definitely needed James to help me about as my frustration levels were through the roof. And 4 hands and 4 eyes are better than 2.
If you are a jewellery designer and have the tools i suggest you take the time to take the jumprings and clasps off and then reattach them at the end. It will save you sp much time.
