With capsicums there's the usual stuff, roast, raw, with cheese in general, and adding to anything in a pan, I've also heard of sweet pepper jam

How do you stop yourself from giving up in the garden, I try really hard to grow stuff but it doesn’t work out and I feel really disheartened.

in the states we "pickle" those light green capsicum. they are called banana peppers here and when you slice and pickle them they are really tangy
