Today marks the first day back on a strength training program since last year. I’ve been working through lifes transitions and im very excited to start training again.
Ive got an itch to step on the platform again and I’m excited to rebuild my strength and see where all of the hard work can take me.
Day 1 is squats and I worked up to a solid weight for beltless reps.
