Here’s an EASY back crack you can do to help get a satisfying back cracking sensation or pop feeling 😩 While this back stretch will not always result in a satsifying cracking noise/feeling, its still a super efective back stretch to help combat against back pain and back tension 🫶🏼 This first stretch I tried but ultimately failed at doing because I’m just simply not that flexible.
